Episode 101: The Grind

There are times we have to put our head down and do the work. It's not pretty. There's no glory. And, very likely, there's little validation.

In fact, the more time you spend seeking validation for doing the work, the less effective you'll be at focusing and doing the actual work.

So you just do it because you said you would. And you do it because you know that you need to, even if and when you don't want to.
